Pay your fee as per the due date on your payment plan. If your fee is not received by the 7th of each month or otherwise stated in your payment plan, late fee $50 per week will be charged. Total of 3 extensions for payment of your fee can be provided during entire course duration. If extension is granted based on medical grounds, Medical certificate/evidence should be submitted within 7 days of your due date. Late fee cannot be waived off unless compelling reasons are provided along with evidences.

Students will receive email to give their measurements for the uniform if applicable. It is student’s responsibility to go and give their measurement by due date otherwise they will be liable to pay Delivery Fee $35 for their uniform. This fee cannot be waived off in any given circumstance.

QCVE will be closed for Christmas & New Year break which starts from 19th Dec 2022 until 8th Jan 2023

Submitting Assignments on Google Classroom

• Students are requested to visit the step by step link provided which will help them to upload their assignment
• You turn in your work online in the Classroom. Depending on the type of assignment and attachments, you’ll see Turn in or Mark as Done.
• If you need to edit work that you turned in, you can resubmit the assignment before the due date, make your changes, and resubmit. However, any assignment turned in or marked done after the due date is recorded as late.
• Students are required to submit all assessments as per their timetable till 30th Nov 2022. If a student is marked NYC in 2022, student will need to take extension in 2023 to attain competency.

Students can come to QCVE Campus only by appointment via an email confirmation with admin team (admin@qcve.edu.au) to collect certificate or pay their fees in CASH

Students are suppose to add their Student ID in the payment description. Failure to do so $50 Late Fee will be charged as per Payment Policy as technically fee is not received.
