What is the total duration of the courses?

The course duration depends on what course you are enrolling for. Below is table with the duration of all courses.

Is the campus, kitchen and automotive workshop easy to access by public transport?

QCVE Campus is in the Centre of CBD and accessible by Trams, trains and buses The closest train station is Flinders Street Station or Melbourne Central Station. You can catch a Tram and get off at corner of Bourke & Elizabeth Street and one minute walk from the Tram Stop.

QCVE Kitchen is on Latrobe Street which is close to Melbourne Central and walking distance of 4-5 minutes.

QCVE Workshop for Automotive is in Clayton close to Clayton Station and a bus can be taken to reach the workshop.

How much will my course cost?

What is the minimum requirement of any QCVE course?

To enrol with QCVE you will need the following:

Minimum Age of 18 years and above
IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent
Schooling equivalent to Australian Year 12

Do I need to give IELTS score? Does the college have their own English Test?

It is not compulsory to give IELTS course. QCVE allows you to sit for their own English Test at no cost for the first time.

Can I Pay my course fee in installments?

Yes, you can pay your fee in monthly installments.

What is the job outcome of my course?

Job outcomes varies for each course and some of possible jobs suggested below by course:

I have done some units with another provider; will I get credit for those units?

Yes, QCVE will give you Credit for the units you have completed with another provider. You will need to provide QCVE with the Official Transcript provided to you by that provider.

Can I contact QCVE directly for enrolment or through Agent?

Yes, QCVE welcomes you to enroll directly without an Agent. You can also let your Agent know that you would like to enroll with the college directly. However, QCVE will not be able to give you any advice related to immigration or visa.

What is English Requirement?

Most of the courses require IELTS 6.0 score or equivalent. If you do not have IELTS score or equivalent. You will be required to complete an online English Test. You can contact info@qcve.edu.au if you would like to practice prior to complete the test.
